Fire Alarm Installation

Norfolk Fire Solutions recently installed a full fire alarm system, emergency lighting, and tested our fire extinguishers. They did an incredible job! The team was professional, friendly, and left everything spotless. They went above and beyond, providing a thorough handover and patiently explaining the system. Highly recommend their services -we’ll definitely continue using them!

Norfolk Fire Solutions - this company is FANTASTIC! Why do I say this? Because: We had an ancient house alarm. The company which had installed the alarm some 20 years earlier and subsequent engineers had all disappeared. Due to the pandemic the system had not been serviced for a while. We needed help! Checking on the Internet I came across Norfolk Fire Solutions. I liked it that this was a local, small, new company. Michael and Ben came to assess the situation. They gave excellent advice, not just about a new intruder alarm but also regarding CCTV and the need of a fire alarm. Two weeks later they turned up for the installation. I hadn't seen anybody working that fast and hard for a long time! These two guys managed to install the whole system (house alarm plus CCTV) within one day - I don't think they took a single minute of a break. In between laying cables and fitting monitors they managed to explain what they were doing, answered all my question, positioned all the outdoor cameras to my liking, and never stopped smiling and being considerate. What a team! Michael, the engineer, returned a few days later to sort out some minor amendments, mainly to do with me wanting to check the CCTV images on my computer. He also serviced my neighbours' intruder alarm (of course I had recommended him). All this happened exactly one year ago. Since then I had to contact Michael a few times via email and once via phone. Each time he responded quickly and sorted out my queries within minutes. It is such a reassurance to know that there is somebody there to help! We feel safe with our house alarm. The CCTV has helped us with several tricky situations in the past year, especially finding our elderly cat when he went missing. Right now I am in the process to book our annual service and I am looking forward to seeing Michael and Ben again, and to thank them for the fantastic job they are doing. I am a really happy customer!
